To reach annual revenue of €150,000, the business needs to generate approximately €12,500 per month.
Based on an average job value of €2,500, that means completing approximately 5 jobs per month, or 1.3 jobs during each working week.
With a close rate of 35%, you would need approximately 14.3 qualified enquiries each month to win the required number of jobs.
Compared with current monthly revenue of €8,333, approximately €4,167 in additional monthly revenue would be required to reach the goal.
This is a significant growth target. Reaching it may require a combination of more leads, higher-value jobs, improved close rates, and additional capacity.
Revenue is not the same as profit. Reaching a higher sales target only benefits the business when pricing, costs, capacity, and cash flow remain under control.

Understanding Your Result
Jobs Needed = Revenue Goal ÷ Average Job Value
The annual target is divided by your average job value to estimate the number of jobs required. Your close rate is then used to estimate how many enquiries may be needed to win those jobs.
A larger revenue target may require more than additional leads. The business also needs enough labour, time, cash flow, equipment, and scheduling capacity to complete the extra work profitably.
Start with the annual revenue you want the business to generate, then break that target into monthly and weekly amounts. Average job value can then be used to estimate the number of jobs required.
Divide your revenue target by your average job value. For example, a €120,000 annual target with an average job value of €2,000 would require approximately 60 jobs across the year.
The estimated number of jobs required is divided by your close rate. A higher close rate means fewer enquiries may be needed to win the same number of jobs.
No. Revenue is the amount earned from sales before expenses. Profit is what remains after labour, materials, overheads, tax, and other business costs are taken into account.
